1/2 packet of pure vanilla ice cream
Glögg syrop
3 dl of Grythyttan Skogsglögg
2 tablespoons powdered arrow root
Garnish
Pistachio nuts
Prepare
Saffron flavoured ice cream
Add saffron to the ice cream.
Glögg syrop
Reduce Grythyttan Skogsglögg easily about 5 minutes, add the powdered arrow root, beat reduction, until it reaches syrop consistency, cool it down.
Garnish your saffron ice cream with the syrop, finally on the top, add some crushed pistachio nuts.
