Swedish Grace

4 cl (1.4 oz) Grythyttan Hjortron
1 cl (0.35 oz) Apricot Brandy
1 cl (0.35 oz) Amaretto
Orange peel
Whipping cream
Almond flakes

Shake Grythyttan Hjortron & apricot brandy with ice.
Rim the glass with the orange peel.
Strain the drink into the glass.
Top with the cream, whipped lightly and flavoured with the Amaretto.
Garnish with almond flakes.

Christmas Cocktail

Rim a cocktail glass with gingerbread biscuit.
Pour Grythyttan Skogsglögg ice cold or warm in the glass.
Squeeze a slice of orange peel and drop it.
Garnish with orange.

Grythyttan Gold

5 cl (1.7 oz) Grythyttan Hjortron
2 cl (0.7 oz) Plymouth Gin
1 cl (0.35 oz) fresh lemon juice
Lemon peel - spiralled
1 vanilla stick

Shake in a shaker with ice and ½ of the vanilla stick.
Strain the drink into a chilled glass with ice.
Garnish with lemon peel spiral and the remainder of the vanilla stick.

Grythytte Twilight

2 cl (0.7 oz) Bacardi Razz
3 cl (1 oz) Grythyttan Hjortron
1 cl (0.35 oz) Campari
Juice from a ½ lemon
6 cl (2 oz) Suger water
Fresh raspberries, cloudberries and/or cape gooseberries (physalis) for garnish

Fill a highball glass with ice.
Fill a shaker with ice, straining off any melted water.
Combine and all ingredients in the shaker.
Shake until the shaker is frosty and the mixture is a bit frothy.
Strain out any melted water from the highball glass.
Strain the drink mixture into the glass.
Garnish with your choice of the fruits, speared on a toothpick – and, if you can get one, a tiny cluster/branch from a spruce or pine tree adds a colourful touch!

Grythyttans Forest Sangaria

1 bottle Grythyttan Skogsglögg
1 bottle Grythyttan Jakt
2 bottles fruit soda
4 oranges
4 lemons

Mix Grythyttan Jakt, Skogsglögg and the fruit soda in a punch bowl.
Cut the fruits into thin slices and put them in the punch bowl.
Serve with a lot of ice.

Jakt Gin

2 cl (0.7 oz) Plymouth Gin
4 cl 1.4 oz) Grythyttan Jakt
8 cl 2.8 oz) Apple juice

Stir Grythyttan Jakt and Plymouth Gin.
Pour into a highball glass filled with ice.
Garnish with apple.

Poacher Martini

2/3 Grythyttan Jakt
1/3 ABSOLUT Pears

Stir with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with pear.

Mandrin Jakt

2/3 Grythyttan Jakt
1/3 ABSOLUT Mandrin

Stir Grythyttan Jakt with ABSOLUT Mandrin.
Pour into a whisky glass with ice.
Squeeze a slice of orange peel and drop it.

Caribbean Cloudberry

2/3 dark rom (Cruzan)
1/3 Grythyttan Hjortron

Stir Grythyttan Hjortron and dark rom.
Pour into a whisky glass with ice.
Squeeze a slice of orange peel and drop it.

Vanilia Cloud

1/2 Grythyttan Hjortron
1/2 ABSOLUT Vanilia
Pour into a cocktail glass filled with ice.
Stir and garnish with a vanilla stick.
